In order to be able to provide the very best care to all of our patients, Dr. Alexander is an unrestricted dentist and our office is not “in network” with any insurance companies. However, we accept all PPO dental insurance plans that offer out of network benefits and will happily assist patients in filing. Dental insurance companies have become increasingly restrictive in allowances and our treatment planning relationship is with you, the patient, not the insurance company. Our belief is that the high standard of excellence in care we hold ourselves to is compromised when we are contractually bound to guidelines set by insurance companies.
Our front office staff are experts in communicating with insurance companies and will fight for you in order to be able to maximize your benefits. While we can not guarantee exactly what portion of treatment an insurance company will cover, our front office staff are proficient in collaborating with these companies and will advocate on your behalf to maximize your benefits. Our staff will file the claims and accept insurance payments. Any remaining care costs that insurance does not cover is the responsibility of the patient.
We accept payment in the forms of cash, check and all major credit cards. We also accept Care Credit which is a third party financing company offering you the ability to pay for care over time.
